MAVI STEP Custom is a leather repair cream with individual colour matching based on the NCS colour system. This shade is one of 2,050 available NCS shades. The cream restores damaged areas on smooth, fine and faux leather: it eliminates scuffs, shallow scratches, cracks and returns faded material to its original colour. Once dry, it forms a soft, flexible and elastic coating that does not alter the material's properties.
How to apply MAVI STEP Custom Leather Repair Cream
- Remove dust and dried dirt from the surface using the MAVI STEP Alexandra or MAVI STEP Reagan double-sided shoe brush.
- Deep-clean the leather with MAVI STEP Total Cleaner diluted with water at a 1:6 ratio. Apply with a sponge, wipe away residue. Allow the item to dry completely.
- Matte the surface with the MAVI STEP Abrasive Sponge to improve adhesion between the repair cream and the leather.
- Apply a minimal amount of the repair cream with a sponge or fine brush. Spread evenly over the damaged area or the entire surface. For shallow scratches, apply a small extra amount with a spatula or the MAVI STEP Chamoisine cloth.
- Allow to dry (~1 hour at room temperature). Polish the surface with the MAVI STEP Chamoisine cloth.
- Apply a few drops of MAVI STEP Universal Dye Fixative to a sponge and evenly treat the restored area to seal the finish.

MAVI STEP Custom Leather Repair Cream is designed for smooth leather, fine leather, faux leather (leatherette) and eco leather. Suitable for restoring shoes, outerwear, accessories, furniture upholstery, steering wheels, dashboards, car seats and vehicle interiors. Free of toxic components — safe for children's footwear.
Not intended for suede, nubuck, velour, textile, patent leather or exotic skins. Use the corresponding MAVI STEP products for these materials.
